Billfields was established by the Founder and CEO of Seafood Holdings Ltd, Toby Baxendale. Supplying London and the South East of England, Billfields offers a wide range of red meat, poultry, game and charcuterie products, as well as a range of hand selected products such as beef from the Scottish Highlands, Shetland Lamb and Suffolk Duroc Pork. These have been chosen for their traditional husbandry methods, exceptional flavour and fantastic eating quality. The factory, situated in Central London, has been built to the highest industry standards and is regularly audited by the Meat Hygiene Service and Food Standards Agency, ensuring high standards and product integrity are maintained. As well as having dry ageing facilities on site, we also have a team of experienced craftsman to provide first class preparation of your meat products and to tailor make specifications to meet any chef's requirements.

Finally, our own fleet of fully refrigerated vehicles are all fitted with tracking devices that provide us with real time updates on all deliveries.
