Fresh
We have a presence at every major port in the UK and have strong links with local fisherman on day boats. We also have great relationships with international suppliers, thereby ensuring we can provide the best quality, freshest fish on the market. We supply a wide variety of fish - from flat to round, oily to game, shellfish to celaphopods.
We continue to search for interesting and innovative products that will create a splash on your menu. For example, why not try the Stone Bass, farmed in the Mediterranean, with firm white flesh that is suitable for all forms of cooking, as well as being delicious raw for cervice or sashimi.
Frozen
We offer a comprehensive range of frozen fish and seafood including prawns, prepared fish fillets and a variety of exotics. This offers the caterer quality assured convenience.
Chilled
As a group we have a wonderful selection
of hot and cold smoked and cured fish.
As well as haddock, salmon and mackerel
we stock many other species of fish to a
wide variety of specification.
